Does Sunset Beach, NC have a Boardwalk?

Answer - No, but it does have a long fishing pier that is open to the public

Is it safe to swim at Sunset Beach, NC?

Answer - Yes, the water is perfect for all ages for recreational swimming. We only advise that you do not go swimming near the fishing pier for your own safety.

Is Sunset Beach Dog Friendly?

Answer - Yes, but your dog needs to be on a leash at all times. During the busier season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) dogs are not allowed on the beach from 8am to 6pm. There are several Dog-Friendly establishments throughout Sunset Beach.
